I set down with you to design the dreamhome houseplan you will love and appreciate.
The first thing I do is sketch out the floorplan on my computer and then send the sketch to you to get you feedback.

For an individual home remodel or home addition,
what I do is visit the home or property, take measurements & pictures to create As-Built Drawings to start the Houseplan Design Process. My best referral is a remodeling builder. What I do for a remodeling builder is gather all ideas from the home owner and create blueprints that a remodeling builder can calculate accurate cost to remodel the home.
I now offer As-Built Measuring Service. I go out and measure the project and provide large drawings with details needed for Remodelors.
I always do As-Built Measuring and Photos but I have has such a request for this service I decided to mention this service on my website.

For builders and developers, I set down with you and discuss the vision and architectural styles you would like to include in your neighborhood.

-I am not an Architect.

-It is a myth that an Architect is required for working residential drawings.

-I have 20 years experience designing and drawing/drafting working drawings for residential and small commercial projects.
-I graduated from John Patterson Technical College in Montgomery Alabama where I
